THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against John Jeayes, of the City of Coventry, in the County of Warwick, Silk-weaver, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 10th Day of January next, at Ten in the Forenoon, at Guildhall, London, to make a Dividend of the said Bankrupt’s Estate and Effects; when and where the Holders of the several Promissory Notes dated in or about the Month of January, 1785, drawn and given by Mess. Payne, Lee, Harrold and Knifton, and payable to Mess. Lille, Jeayes and Marshall, may come in and prove the Balances remaining due to them on the said Notes, under and by virtue of an Order from the Right Honourable the Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, bearing Date the 11th Day of November last, and made on the Petition of Peter Cazalet and others; and when and where all the other separate Creditors of the said John Jeayes, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And all Claims not then proved will be disallowed.
